AMAZING I just moved from the UK and went into a couple of Lexus dealerships because I liked the look of the RC350. Lexus on the Park was miles ahead of any other dealership in terms of friendliness, approachability and follow through. They even followed up after I took the car with things that were to my benefit. Cheerful accommodation truly appreciated When our 2014 RX350 was stolen, we knew that we wanted to replace it with another RX350. Not surprisingly, having a vehicle stolen generates a small mountain of things which must be done, but this inconvenience was greatly eased by the extremely helpful sales and finance staff at Lexus on the Park. They followed through as promised. Bought used 2014 IS350. I live in Ottawa. Started from Autotrader. The sales experience once we agreed on price was fine. A second key missing but found and sent in a week as promised. I have owned 4 other Lexuses so know the brand but this is the first time I have purchased out of town. So far, well worth the effort. Tom really went the extra mile not only to deliver the car I wanted, but also excellent customer service (including after-sales) one would expect from a Lexus dealership. Great Experience Looking for a used rx350. Found it on autotrader and made an appointment. Came in and the car was sold before we got there. So they showed us a newer model, we like it. They gave us a good price and we bought it. Love it.

EXCELLENT ADVICE I CAME IN TO THIS DEALERSHIP EARLY ON A MONDAY MORNING (7:30AM) TO TAKE OVER A LEASE FROM A PRIVATE PARTY. Excellent experience We found dealing with Christine Nam at this dealership to be excellent. We took an extended period of time to decide on the car and she was always willing to talk to us, take us for a test drive or answer questions we had by text message. When we picked up the car Christine spent over an hour with us, showing us all of the features on the car. Customer Service Yin Chan My husband and I are looking to buy a Lexus. We've been to other Lexus dealers but found that Yin had the product knowledge we needed to narrow down our decision. There was absolutely no pressure tactic, which is an oxy moron for sales, and that is what we want in a sales representative. His experience working at Lexus and personal experience driving Lexus vehicles really helped us in our decision making. We look forward to dealing with Yin in the future.
