Excellent customer service My initial contact at the dealership was with Farzad.He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I had visited several other dealers in the previous week,but my positive experience with him convinced me that I was in the right place. Microwaved Key Fob I am the lady who had her key fob nuked in her microwave at home. Unbelieveable!! The reason why we keep our fobs in the microwave overnight is because our neighbourhood experienced a number of break-ins and the police advised that we keep our fobs in the microwave or wrap them in foil paper. This shields the remotes from professional car thieves who can tap into your fobs from 20 km away and steal your car from your driveway. Outstanding Experience Went in on 31st of March, drove out the same day with a new NX. Everyone at Lexus On The Park made sure I was comfortable with my new NX. Amazing service, Attention to fine details I have purchased luxury cars from other brands and dealerships before and I have always had a very pleasant experience. However, the folks at Lexus on the Park blows them all away. Fantastic experience I traded in my current lexus and purchased a new one from Lexus on the park. The entire experience was first rate. Lee was extremely professional and responsive to all of my questions. The entire end to end process was quick and seamless. I recommend Lee and the dealership to anyone interested in a lexus! Excellent sales service with a awesome car First time buy a brand new car in Toronto, and randomly knew Lexus On The Park on google search. Bought my new 2016 RX350 with excellent sales and finance service experience provided by Eric Kuo, David Lee, Amy Yang, and Josie Allen.
