Excellent Reception Got my brand new 2016 rx 350. It was Tom who handled everything from start to finish .We got a great deal trade-in value on my car which of course with the help of Tom. Excellent service My rx350 came in for bodywork due to someone hitting my rear bumper, from start to finish I was taken care of by Benjamin MOMAYEZ, Greg MUGFORD and Zack KAKAR from the body shop. Outstanding customer service I have dealt with dealerships for Cadillacs, Lincolns, and BMWs but my best experience does not match up with that of Lexus On the Park. Brian Mitchell and his crew have consistently delivered the best service that I have ever had from any dealership. Excellent service Very friendly and a considerate person, I usually service our car most of time when I visit my son in Toronto since we live 2 1/2 hrs away from the service dealer and each time I don't have a problem requesting availability...,checking -in my car was fast and the car was washed but not very clean all the time.Over all exceeds my expectations.Thank you.
