Outstanding Service Experience First time visiting Lexus on the Park with my 2010 RX450h for a scheduled Maintenance visit (193,000 kms). Great service. Enjoyable test driving and sales experience. I booked an appointment with Yin Chan to test drive pre-owned Lexus sedans within a relatively tight budget. Yin showed me several cars within my price range and we test drove 2 of them. I was pleased that he didn't try and upsell me to a more expensive option as happened at other non-Lexus dealers I checked out prior to this purchase. Setting the bar on customer service I recently purchased an 2013 RX350. I'm not the person who enjoys the back and forth on negotiation and being left with the feeling that I got ripped off. Outstanding sales experience with Yin & Sean & Josie Just stopped by to check what is available in per-owned RX hybrid. Yin Chan presented us with couple of options that both fit our need and budget. Great Experience I was very pleased with my experience at Lexus on the Park. "AJ" (Farzad) was helpful, knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me and great LS460. Purchasing a vehicle is usually stressful , not this time, I found the experience easy and pleasant. Everyone I met during my purchase was helpful and in a great mood. The facility is second to none. Great customer service! I was fortunate to have the great experience of purchasing a 2013 Lexus ES with Stephen De Silva in late January.
