Legendary Experience On April 28, 2016, we went to look for a pre-owned Lexus RX350 at a different Lexus dealership but no one seemed to be interested in our business. We left upset. Professional and Friendly Everyone that I met was very professional and made me feel that that they appreciated that I had come to their facility to look at cars. They seemed to go out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and to make me feel like a valued customer. Even though I purchased a used car, I will certainly consider Lexus on the Park for future auto purchases.

The best dealer by far for service. Have been dealing with Greg Mugford for a couple years now and honestly have never been treated so well, I can explain my issues the best I can and if sometimes they don't come out Greg understands and fills in the blanks. He always has the right thing to say and he really makes my wife and I feel comfortable with what needs to be done. Used RX350 We started off looking for a new RX350 at the end of the model year but we're not able to get exactly the colour and options we wanted. The sales person AJ kept us in mind and we bought a used certified low mileage from AJ. He did everything he could to look after us. John was very helpful looking after a small service detail for us. Very polite and professional full service From the get go, I showed up as a walk-in and Emily handled my entrance very well. The staff was polite and professional. Well worth the wait Although we waited a long time for our desired pricing, Farzad (AJ) was very informative in describing the differences between each of the packages to the 2016 RX 350. We liked that he gave us an outline of his proposed doings which allowed us to give our input to meet our needs.
