The Entire Team is Amazing! I am now on my 5th Lexus and my second in a row from Lexus on the Park. I will not be going anywhere else soon. Stephen De Silva has handled my last 2 transactions without the usual stress involved with purchasing a new vehicle. In both cases the deal was done within an hour. Great experience! It was a great experience dealing with Thom and the team. Thom was friendly but not pushy, and communication, both face-to-face and by email was excellent. Lexus service: 2nd chance was worth it. I own an older Lexus, 1992 LS400, which I brought in due to a mechanical failure in my driver side power window. After getting the power window inspected for a little over $100.00, I was told nothing could be done. This is all fine, customer service was great, but when I returned to pick up my car, the panels along the inside of the car were not put back together correctly, it was put in a way that I could not depress my power lock button and some of my buttons on the driver side door ... read more

Excellent customer service I saw a vehicle listed online and was contacted by the manager to come in and take a look. I couldn't work out a deal for the vehicle that day but it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a dealership.
