Service Par Excellence From the moment we walked in and mentioned what we were there for, Benjamin took charge and his fervent,friendly and "you're-family" style of service kicked in. Benjamin, we salute you. Josie, too was patient, friendly and thorough....but then, I am not surprised...I am a "repeat offender" having been to the dealership earlier at Scarboro Lexus, some 15years ago.

professional service all around I had visited three other Lexus dealerships in search of buying a newer Lexus sedan (to replace my wonderful, but much older, Lexus LS 340). Hands down, Benjamin was much more knowledgeable and patient in showing us the many attributes of the newer GS360 than we had experienced elsewhere. Exceptional Customer Service Cedric was the first one we got help online from first and he was very friendly, honest and customer focused. Pleasant Experience I recently purchased a used RX350 in May 2016 and was extremely pleased with the professional manner in which Cedric Meschino handled and accommodated any and all tasks requested. Professional, My car buying experience was the best that I ever had. I was treated like a real person. Kevin Loth took the time to find the perfect vehicle for my needs.
