Great quick service, staff very friendly. Loved the free spa service. Nozomi was very welcoming, polite and nice. She did an amazing manicure service for me.

Our experience with Royal Oak Lexus was phenomenal. Ali was the sales consultant we worked with and he was very knowledgeable and personable. Excellent service! ! Probably the best I received in any Calgary dealership. Before buying my vehicle I went to different dealerships of different brands and the service received in Lexus Royal oak was just Outstanding. In addition to the fact that they sell a great vehicle, with good quality and low maintenance cost. The service of this dealership made a difference. I would recommend this dealership and Alvin as the sales rep. He was very attentive, without being excessive. The whole experience was great!
