I had an appointment at the spa today. While waiting for my car to get serviced, with Nozomi. It was an amazing experience. She is kind and excellent at her job and very accomadating. Overall my first experience with Lexus was amazing. Everyone is so professional and helpful. Thank you.

Alvin was very welcoming and accommodating. He tried everything to please us and made sure we are not pressured in making our decisions. Alex is great too, very straightforward and he made sure everything is clear before we signed the documents. Even the guy in the Barista was very hospitable and prompt in serving us coffee and pastries. Overall our experience in Lexus Royal Oak was awesome.
