Great service and pleasant experience at Lexus Royal Oak ! It was the first time I bought a Lexus car. My husband and I walked in and served by Si-King, he is very helpful, sincere and efficient. We ordered a RX350h in July and picked it up yesterday. We also appreciated the support from Candice - Finance as she is nice and not pushy. As well as Richard of Delivery team who is very patience in telling me every features of the new car. I highly recommend my friend to go there !
