Excellent service especially their courtesy foot spa with body massage while waiting for your vehicle maintenance is so great and so relaxing. The lady who does foot spa is so nice and did a great job. She’s a lot greater that other nails salon I’ve been. I enjoyed it a lot every time I had a service with courtesy foot spa.

I had a really good service experience at Lexus Royal Oak. I took my brand new Lexus in for its first check up. The staff were so welcoming and professional. The wait time just flew by because of the fabulous in house spa at Lexus Royal Oak. Nozomi Takahashi is the onsite esthetician and she is excellent at her job! I really enjoyed my time with her and at the dealership.
