A genuine pleasure I find Lexus of Royal Oak a genuine pleasure to deal with. Once test-driven and admired for their clean lines, fit & finish, Lexus vehicles really sell themselves -- and all the rep's need to do here is provide a little guidance, so there are no obvious 'hard sell' tactics as practised by some other shops.
