Excellent service Jake Ji is a very nice person. He really helped us to purchase a good car, and he give us a lot of discount. He analyzed the car's information for us, and he told us which one is better. a lot of my friends purchased cars from him. They really like him. He is very friendly to every one. After five years to ten years , I think I will purchase a new car from him. It was an excellent service.

Wonderful experience! We just traded in our 5 year olds Lexus 350 suv and purchased a new one. We were very happy with Sue Vincent who we dealt with. She was professional and knowledgeable, patient and delivered everything that had been promised to us. Thanks Sue and Al for your service.

phenomenal experience!!! My experience with Lexus of London and particularly dealing with Stephanie Shearsby was nothing but fantastic! She is very proffesional; kind; honest and knowledgeable; when dealing with Stephanie- everything went smooth and any questions/ concerns I did have were answered or dealt with promptly. Would deal with this dealership for both sales & service After trying to deal with other Lexus dealerships went to Lexus of London, just a fabulous experience. Sue Vincent worked with Allan Calvert and I purchased a hard to come by Lexus RCF. Sue went out of her way to accommodate me on finalizing the deal. Would recommend dealing with Lexus of London and certainly Sue Vincent.

Thanks Sue Sue Vincent Zeroed in on what we were interested in, was very organized and efficient, knew her product and if she was having a problem with some of the technical stuff, there was always someone for her to call on. All in All we were very happy with the service. I would highly recommend Sue.

Relaxed sales experience Thank you Sue for making our new car purchase stress free. You were prompt for appointments and had done your homework in preparation for meetings. The test drive was enjoyable and provided essential info. Delivery was carried out on schedule while providing much needed and detailed in-service.
