The best car dealership experience!! From the second my wife Evelyn and I walked into the dealership just to make a few inquiries, the staff was very friendly and upfront with no pressure whatsoever. We were introduced and shown vehicles we were interested in and left to decide on our own with friendly guidance. Great experience! Worth the drive! Drove out from Mississauga to view a used Lexus. Excellent response from Stephanie by email throughout. And courteous, efficient, open and honest service while at the dealership. This is how every experience to acquire a new or used vehicle should be. Service as good as the vehicles they sell. Fast and efficient service. I initially called to see what the cost would be to replace my navigation screen and the quoted me 1 hour labour plus the part cost. I went in to pick up a touch up paint pen and asked again and as I had forgot the previous quote price. The service guy must have felt bad because I was just past my warranty cut off and quoted me a half hour labour plus the part. When I came in for my I was back out the door in 45 minutes.
Exceptionally Stellar I came into Lexus on Valentine's day and spoke to Rick about my favorite vehicle, the Lexus IS. Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. Staff was very friendly as we were given chocolates when we were waiting for Rick to bring around the car for a test drive. Super impressed with the IS and would highly recommend Lexus to everyone!
