Everyone very freindly. Service was good. Did not finish job no parts. This was the 3rd time for one issue and 2 Nd for another issue. Again I have to return to dealership to get items repaired . Six months ago they said brakes would get done next visit. Snag me in me for expecting to get completed. Now again I have to go back to dealership. You would think they would be ready for you. Install of snow tires and rims Brought 2 vehicles in for install of winter tires. 1 vehicle dropped winter tires to be mounted on purchased rims to speed up install service. Everything went of without a hitch of any kind. as usual here.
Exceptional Service Department Always get fantastic service from Romeo. Makes a point to acknowledge me when I arrive when busy so that I am aware that he will be with me shortly. Reviews all points of the service and when picking up the car, any points that the technician had provided on the vehicle. Taking a car in for service is normally an inconvenience, but Romeo makes the experience enjoyable.
Owned 3 Lexus over the past 9 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else for purchase or servicing, not even oil changes. Total trust their honesty and quality.
Thrilled with my new RX350 Sue Vincent was a great help in renewing my lease for a new 2020 RX350. I have now been with Lexus for 20 years !! Nathan Butcher went over the new features of the 2020 model. He helped to connect my phone as well as spending the extra time to setup up the Lexus app.
Winter tires put on my Lexus as well 1600 Km service. Allan, Rhonda and Romeo are excellent ambassadors for Lexus of London. They see that all Lexus clients are well served. The seating area is comfortable while waiting you wait for your car while its being serviced.
