Great Service with no Airs Very attentive personnel with the guest in mind first and foremost. Some improvement could be made when estimating delivery dates however in the end all was excellent. The initial owner presentation in the showroom was unique and exceptional, a great idea and leaves the customer feeling very SPECIAL! Kudos to all for a great atmosphere.

Great place, very professional and responsive I'm very glad to meet Jack and Larry to deal with my car leasing, they are very kind and easy to deal with, the whole leasing process was very smooth and no pressures on purchasing extra things unlike other dealership, I had an awful experience with BMW London before, but Lexus London is on totally the opposite of the game.
