Tom is a female friendly sales professional. He treats me with respect, as an equal and doesn’t make me feel stupid. In fact, he is so solution focused, he listens and always puts me in the right car. Yesterday I picked up my 2020 RX, the 5th one in a row! He finally convinced me to change the colour!
We leased our first Lexus in 2017 and we were hooked right away. The service at the dealership has been excellent! My husband and I are very grateful to have found an amazing Sales Representative with Rick Watson. He was incredibly patient and helpful over the last two years.
