Outstanding customer Service My RX 350 16,000km service was needed, but I was unable to get myself down too the Lexus of London because my schedule was full. I live 100km from London. I was able to schedule my vehicle for service , and have Allan Calvert from Lexus of London, who lives near by take it with him to work, and gave me a loaner to use. The service work was completed and Allan drop the off in my drive way, at the end of the day. Thank you for your outstanding Customer Service.
Pickup of my 2020 Lexus NX300 The care and service that I received at this dealership was amazing. I was greeted with a warm smile and handshake as I walked in. Recent Service Romeo is very customer focused and goes above and beyond to ensure you are looked after. That said as there is not the backing Service Techs to do all the required work... I now need to return for work required under Warranty in January.
