Great service, competent and friendly staff. I have dealt with Lexus of London since I bought a used 2008 RX 350 in 2010. Tom Hiscott was my sales representative and he is a first class person. I have also dealt with Adam MacCallum, Romeo Nissan, Karen Campbell and many others in your service and parts departments and received great service at all times. As usual.. As usual, top notch service from Romeo and Tom. The service work took just long enough for me to peruse the used vehicles and contemplate an unplanned upgrade.
Very clean facilities, equipped with a welcoming atmosphere with fantastic customer service. Sue Vincent is exceptional: she is exceedingly patient and cares to match the perfect vehicle to each customer she works will. I will refer everyone I know who is looking for a Lexus to her specifically.

Alway Great Service Excellent Communication, Friendly Service . The service at Lexus of London has always been excellent. They have always done what they say there going to do. I have a 2013 Lexus 300EH with over 180000Km and it drives just like it did when it was new. Lexus of London is the only dealership that has touched it.
Winter tire issue I have always had great service at Lexus of London. Sales and service staff have been excelent to work with and service work has been great.
