Romeo (and the techs) was incredibly helpful and patient as I relayed to him the occasional issue with my onboard screen and he made the time to take a look and help resolve it. Professional, pleasant and very kind to work with. Would totally recommend Lexus Service especially with the more difficult to resolve issues. Dale finished off with the paperwork and went through everything so my invoice was clear. He, too, was kind and helpful. Thanks Lexus!
