Such a pleasure to work with a knowledgeable, personable professional such as Jillian. This is my 6th leased SUV and they get better every time. Many questions were answered and additional information given without prompting. Meeting and talking with Chris Ouellette this morning was very informative. I have always found Lexus of London Service Dept to be excellent. I enjoyed their IT guru, Akeem Pearce, his foray into the IT improvements of my vehicle with me was a delight. I learned at lot!

I have had a pleasure interacting with Shane O'Neill with my car not starting. When I first got to the dealership, he made the process seamless from start to finish. He got me a uber right away and provided updates of the vehicle throughout the day. Awesome job!

We have leased several vehicles from Lexus of London for close to 20 years. The sales and service department have been exemplary. Rick Watson was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. Brendan Gillespie delivered and explained all the new features with patience and understanding.
