Another pleasant visit to Lexus of London. Dale Craig was well prepared in advance of my visit. Since the service was expected to take 3-4 hours, the availability of a loaner was much appreciated. The inclusion of a car wash on completion is also a nice touch.

Lexus of London always has a great selection of good used Lexus. Lisa Ali had two RX350s ready to test drive as requested. Lisa is professional and very knowledgeable on the product line. The trade-in experience for our old RX350 was excellent. The overall sales experience and delivery was great. All the little details were covered like going over the vehicle's features and made sure our phones were paired.
