Shanny When into the place pretty late (6:30 pm) just curious about Lexuz and was approach by Donovan Tordoff. Top notch dealership I was directed to Lexus of Edmonton through a mutual friend of the dealerships owner, and the friend who directed me over has himself 6 dealerships. But we could not find the vehicle we wanted through him, so this is how we ended up at Lexus of Edmonton. Change over To winter tires on their own rims The service staff noticed something was wrong when they pulled my winter rims out of storage. The tires were not on the rims and could not be found. They told me right away and gave me a loaner for the afternoon while the corrected the problem. On my return they had brand new tires on the cas and were empathetic and very apologetic. First service This was the 1600 KM checkup on our RX350 , the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. They explained what would be done and the estimated the time it would take. While I waited I purchased a cargo tray from Brad in the parts department, before I could ask he offered to have it installed in the vehicle for me. Purchase of IS350 I just traded in my vehicle for a new Lexus and could not have asked for a better experience. Carlos was a great help during the whole process. I would wholeheartedly recommend him if you are looking to buy a new vehicle. Laura was a pleasure to deal with as well. She's their delivery specialist and was very thorough in going through the features of my new car (there are lots). All the staff were extremely courteous and professional. Purchase of NX200 This was a definite experience like no other! I felt like royalty; from being welcomed at the door with a gentleman sporting an umbrella and ushering us in; to our salesman Steven who treated us like family; it was amazing! Lexus Customer Service Experience We had the pleasure of dealing with Carlos for this transaction and he did not disappoint us, from our initial conversation to picking up the NX200 he was always available to answer all the questions we had. He is a no pressure sales professional who we would recomend anytime to anyone, There is one other person that we want to mention here, Laura my wife was impressed by her knowledge of the functions of the car, thanks a lot guys you both made our long drive back home much more enjoyable.
