Service for the past three years Since I bought my new car at Lexus of Edmonton, they have given me great service and have gone out of their way to assist me in every way. I would highly recommend their sales and after sales service. Next summer, my wife will be looking at purchasing a new SUV. We will be shopping at Lexus of Edmonton!
Exceptional!! Went to have my snow tires put on and while my SUV was being serviced, my husband and I were treated to a free breakfast next door. Always treated like royalty. Like family. Cannot say enough about Lexus of Edmonton. Will never buy from any other dealer.

First...but not the last Bought my first Lexus here a few weeks ago. Excellent service from the time I walked in the door until I walked out a few days later with keys in hand. Professional Service!! We brought my 2018 Lexus350, knowing that, from past experience, we would be treated to a first-class visit with coffee and treats and a speedy oil change. Thanks for everything. We heard rumors that there was another lounge on the premises, a VIP lounge upstairs. And here we thought we were the VIP's, having already received exceptional service. First Service - 1,600KM Brought in my RX for the first service of the car and to repair some 3M bubbling. Kerri was my service advisor and was helpful in explaining what the dealership does to fix the 3M and any other questions I had on the vehicle. Was provided a loaner and picked up my car at the end of the day at the time frame promised. The 3M issues were fixed.
