1st service at Lexus of Edmonton I brought my 2014 Lexus RX350 in for an oil change and 64k service. I was surprised to find that they provided me a nice little loaner (2018 SC300) for the day. Sweet ride. They completed my 1st oil change for free (nice surprise). They were straight forward and honest about the fact that I needed front brakes done within next 8000 Kms. Exceptional service once again Lexus of Edmonton goes above and beyond each and every time I enter the building. Recall appt Took my nx200t for the blockheater cord recall, at which time I was offered to wait, a car or a manicure or pedicure. Had the complimentary pedi, it was nice Ashton is a lovely, friendly young lady, was very gentle. My car received a complimentary wash, which was great, as the front of my auto was full of insect splatter from my drive in from Valleyview, Great service, friendly staff. Regular Maintenance Brought my RX350 in for regular maintenance and needed a loaner for the day. The loaner was provided in a timely fashion and the service was completed to my satisfaction. I have always received prompt and courteous service at Lexus of Edmonton.
