Very professional & pleasant experience on January 4th appt. All staff are pleasant and helpful. It is obvious they are well trained in customer service and care about the customer and their time. Service done in a timely manner and I always appreciate the availability of a loaner vehicle. I am on my second vehicle purchased from this dealer and continue to return here.

Excellent Service. The problem with my SUV was scheduled for service in January 2019. However it got worse in mid December so I rescheduled for Dec 19 at 9:00 am. A family emergency necessitated getting my granddaughter to the dentist at 1:00 pm, meaning I had to have the vehicle back before noon. I dropped it off early at 7:30 am explaining my situation to the desk. They gave me a loaner so that I could still get the child to the dentist if something unexpected happened. Service beyond expectations!!! I called Lexus for an appointment and was given multiple appointment dates to suit me. They provided for a loaner vehicle. The diagnosis was quick and parts had to be ordered. Carrie was concerned about the delay awaiting parts and was friendly and accommodating by extending the loaner vehicle. She kept me informed as to what was happening. I liked her a lot.
