Review for David White I purchased a used RX450H from David White Jan 30/2019. The car was exactly as advertised and maybe even better shape than advertised. What really impressed me was David brought the car to Edmonton airport for me to see while I was overnighting there with work. Being from Calgary this gave me the chance to see it and drive it. All on a personal day off for him. Thanks again.
Replacement of License Plate Bolts/Place New Renewal Sticker The other day I had washed my RX350 with the intent of putting on my new license plate sticker. Unfortunately, when I went to remove the bolts on my license plate, both bolts completely sheared off. When I called the dealership, they were aware that this was a problem. That being said, why was the work to drill out and tap the old bolts out not covered warranty? At least these should have been proactively replaced earlier. Always a pleasure! It’s always a pleasure to take my RX450 in to the dealership for a visit. I’ve always been greeted as I drive the car in and again when I approach the service desk. Service department I really appreciate working with Dallas when I have to bring my car in for service. She does her best to accommodate the situation, like the other day I was getting a flat tire and happened to be in the near of the dealership at 4:30 pm. One phone call and I was there within 5 minutes and parked in the bay...just in time to my PSI went from 27-13 in that time frame. Appreciate the timely service.
Regular maintenance Once again, I've come away so impressed with the staff in the service department - Lee, Gary & the service technicians. It is always nice to be greeted by name and my vehicle always comes back in excellent working order and very clean. It is such a treat. With well over 200,000 km, it still feels like a brand new car so I thank the service department for that.
