Best service ever; felt like family here Dallas was my service representative and she was absolutely phenomenal. I had just purchased new rims and tires outside of Lexus and decided to bring them to the dealership to get them installed with the factory TPMS sensors. Great service people Took my 2017 Lexus in for servicing, snow tire removal and a windshield replacement. Insurance company was paying for the windshield but had not sent the proper documents to Lexus dealership. After numerous phone calls from me and still no resolution,but lots of frustration, Kelly called the insurance company and had the issue resolved. Great service people at this dealership every time I go in.

Sandy’s the best If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would easily do it. Third purchase from Sandy, each time exceeding the previous purchase experience . Sandy is very professional while remaining down to earth. Also a big thanks to Cory who did the paperwork as he was polite and explained the process thoroughly. Dealership also has been incredible providing great service with maintenance visits with our previous purchases.
Our Lexus of Edmonton experience was very impressive!
