Vehicle purchase I love Toyotas. I had a 2006 Toyota Corolla and it was totalled in a car accident. I went to the Kingston Toyota lot, as that is where I got my 2006 car serviced, and purchased a 2010 Toyota Rav4. I loved my whole experience. Toyota Highlander We were pleased with our whole experience. Both Bill and Laurie were most helpful. Bill was patient and knowledgeable and most accommodating as we really weren't sure exactly what we were looking for. We test drove a few different vehicles. Laurier came along and we have known her for several years and she made a few suggestions about what vehicles they had -- which were very helpful. From there on everything went very smoothly. We are very happy with our vehicle.

2 weeks wait to have oil change??!! April 24, 2014 - I believe cold Kingston Toyota Service Department to ask about an oil change and they said that they were booked solid until May the 5th. I have had Toyota vehicles forever and have been to many other Toyota dealerships and this service shop had got to be the worst Toyota dealership I've ever seen!! BRING BACK EXPRESS OIL SERVICE!!
