True Professionals - well informed. My wife and I wanted to explore the replacement of her Sienna with a new vehicle. She loves her Sienna and so replaced it with deluxe (LTD) Sienna 2016. These vehicles were in short supply and with patience the new one arrived and, to our delight and surprise it was an upgraded 2017 model with all the "bells and whistles". Chiselled on this occassion Purchased 3 new Toyotas in 9 years and was looking for another one while waiting. They charged for 8th oil change already paid by the / extended warranty included oil change.. They claimed we were 3 days late. Will pursue the matter. (corp office,blog). The car has a total of 25,800 kilometers and had a total of 8 oil changes. Extended warranty in effect for a total of 7 years.
