Service appointments I wanted an oil and transmission fluid change on my 2010 Camry .I had to wait 17 days to get in for the service. They also wanted to do a transmission flush, it is not recommended. It is strictly a drain and fill. Belleville was not much better. I happened to be visiting Peterborough and called Russelle Toyota beforehand. A 2 day wait , they only do drain and fill and the price was extremely lower. This is not the first time I have called for service and had to wait at least 2 weeks to get in.

Caution caution caution - BAIT AND SWITCH !! Visited this dealer late Saturday with my father recently and we made a very good deal for two new cars (we both happen to be in the market to buy at the same time). These were both cash deals, no financing and no trade. Spent a good deal of time with both the salesman and the sales manager and concluded our afternoon with a deal ... or so we thought. I had always gone to this dealership to service my Toyota since I moved to Kingston from out West. I had a problem with cracking and noisy drive belt and got it replaced. The same problem came back a year after. After back and forth to this dealership and after a "thorough" (so I thought) investigation, was told I might need to change the AC clutch which was going to cost me >500$. Recently went in a couple times looking to buy a used Rav4. I was looking to buy outright, no financing or leasing. From the get-go employees will tell you their vehicles are "priced to sell" and refuse to negotiate at all. It actually makes me wonder why they even still have salespeople working there. They display a very "take it or leave it" attitude and do not seem to actually care about selling you a vehicle. I am looking for a used car and test drove several at Toyota Kingston recently (June 2012). I emailed the salesperson and made an offer on one car. He responded that he would be happy to present my offer to the manager, and said as soon as a credit card number was provided the process could get started.
