So just returned from a 45-minute trek from the eastside to test drive a used vehicle from this location. I looked at the reviews of this dealership beforehand and based on the numerous 5 stars I thought that this place would be a great place to purchase my vehicle. Worst service I have ever received took five months to receive the part and was then charged more than originally quoted. Service took 1.25 hours and was charged for two. 800$ to fix a horn is absolutely ridiculous and not having a horn for five months was extremely dangerous. Never going back.

Toyota Canada underwent a major systems transformation and thus all dealerships across Canada had major delays receiving their ordered parts. You are correct, the service did take 1.25 hours because we had two technicians working on your vehicle to get the repair done faster. Over priced and liars Will Erichsen was the sales guy. Told him I needed 2019 Prius base model in March. Tells me sorry but 2019 will be delivered in April but he has a 2018 Prius he wants to get rid of. I tell him I guess I could wait until April for the 2019. Will then tells me sorry only the more expensive AWD is going to be shipped in April. I tell him the AWD is worthless cuz all you need are good snow tires and you going to rip up your bumper going through deep snow since it has such a low ground clearance. Will finall... read more

Sales Rep was unpleasant I walked into this dealership ready to buy and was dealt with in a condescending manner by Jian Qiao, which made my experience less than desirable. I felt that he didn't make an effort to sell anything and was not acting as though he wanted the sale- not asking the right questions, not offering options etc. Walked away from this dealership just because of this experience.

Terrible service We have a Toyota Prius 2010 whose sunroof membrane has deteriorated (it's a known problem as it's shown on Prius chat website) and they're blaming us for using some chemical on it, to avoid repairing it under warranty. Avoid if you can. (Zoltan himself is ok)

DIsappointing What was I disappointed by? This: That even with an appointment, first thing in the morning, a reasonably straight forward service procedure would take nearly the entire 4 hour window I was given. If I include the 10 minutes it took to find my truck after paying, a total of 4 hours and 10 minutes. Al reminded me of this when we spoke, as if he was taking pride achieving the worst case scenario. I realize that looking at the parking brake may have extended this but it still seems excessive. Car damaged in dealership while in for repairs I had my highlander in for repairs and it is given back to me with a dent and indent the with of a vehicle all along the side doors. To add insult to injury it has been touched up with paint to hide it. So far mr. Jamal, GM, says he has asked and says no one has touched up my car so he is satisfied with the answers. Driven to driving customers away I don't often write reviews, but this time, they really earned it and I feel obligated to give an honest account of what has got to be the absolute worst of the WORST purchasing encounters. Poor Customer Service My carpet was wet so I brought my car in to be checked for a leak and suspected disconnect drain hoses. They told me no leaks. After leaving my car out in the rain (always parked in the garage) I noticed the carpets were wet again (1yr later). I took it to Ken shaw and they found disconnected drain hoses. I complained that this should have been resolved before and that I shouldn't have to pay twice and now I have a moldy carpet which would cost thousands to replace.
