Highlander We bought a new 2018 Toyota Highlander from Ken Shaw Toyota last year with the help of Jian and Michael. Both of whom were very helpful. They did a great job. Ron Vernon - Excellent Customer Service Ron went above and beyond from the greeting to after delivery of my Tacoma. All promises were delivered. He stayed after hours to complete the deal. On delivery he had the truck warmed up with heated seats on and covered the basic controls. Also driver side mat was missing so he gave me a mat. Thanks to David Morris for ensuring the deal went smoothly. Rubin R

Tony Lawrence Shines Once Again I have been a customer of Ken Shaw Toyota for about 28 Years and have dealt with Tony Lawrence for about 24 years. Tony exemplifies the family atmosphere and personal touch I have come to expect from Ken Shaw Toyota.
