Rating my purchase at Kelowna Toyota This was my first experience in purchasing an auto in Canada as I am from the U.S. We had visited 5 dealerships in Kelowna and the surrounding area and have to say dealing with John Maclean was a pleasant way to purchase an automobile. John was very informative during the test drive, and made Kathleen and I very at ease in purchasing the experience. Product Advisor Excellent! I have owned at least 10 vehicles and until now, I have never had a Product Advisor as good as Joe Sassine. He was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and demonstrated a sincere interest in helping me find the right vehicle to fit my needs. He provided excellent customer service!
Service Advisor Outstanding! In the 40 years that I have owned vehicles, I have never had a service advisor as good as Cary. She is so friendly and explains things very well. At previous service departments I have dealt with, most advisors were pushy, tried to get me to purchase additional services and were not very friendly. Cary really brightened my day! Kelowna Toyota is very fortunate to have Cary as an employee.
A great personal experience, Joe Sassine made it happen A phone call, an introduction by Joe Sassine and then a visit to Toyota Kelowna was all it took to find the perfect car. It was a pleasure dealing with Joe. Very professional, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend the Toyota Kelowna dealership and being a longtime Toyota fan i found Joe to make my car purchase a real pleasure.

Vehicle leases and purchases at Kelowna Toyota I have leased or purchased my last three vehicles at the Kelowna dealership and normally have all my service work performed at the Service department. I have always found both sales and service staff to be very helpful courteous and efficient. They truly act like they really care about providing quality service. Worth the wait, lots of fun. Staff were excellent, we picked up our new car on a busy day. We were well looked after and the experience went very smoothly. We were very happy.
Checked it off our bucket list!! Recently we were able to check the biggest item off our bucket list - a Toyota Tacoma! It is a Must Have for our retirement and it feels great to have made that first step. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We test drove several trucks before choosing ours and are very happy with it. Thanks to John and Gurinder for answering ALL our questions and helping to make this happen for us.
