Best dealership experience I have had. I strongly recommend Kelowna Toyota, I took my car in for an out of province inspection, oil and breaks. The service department is extremely friendly and helpful as well as their shuttle service. Their was no pricing surprises and everything was done in a timely manner. As i had to pick up my kids at the end of the day they stayed in contact to make sure i would make it in time and truly went out of their way to make it a positive experience

Great Customer Service I was in the market for a New Tacoma and went in with a tight budget, Wendell Gillis and the sales team were very helpful and flexible on price which made it work. I would highly recommend Wendell and the sales team to anyone who is in the market for new and used vehicles. There was no pressure and it was a very simple stress free process and a relaxing environment. Kelowna Toyota is the only place to buy in the Okanagan. Period.

Swagger Wagon We went in window shopping and ended up buying a vehicle. We wanted an AWD that could comfortably fit our large family and found what we needed in the Toyota Sienna (not as sexy as the Sequoia but more cargo room). great customer service I just bought a 2017 Tacoma and would definitely recommend Kelowna Toyota for new or used, very professional and low pressure sales. I went to a lot of dealers looking for a truck and I definitely felt I was treated with the most respect and professional approach at Toyota!
