Service is horrendous. Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins with no greetings or whatsoever. Very understaffed and inexperience in the service department. Service was for vibration in the rear of our Tacoma. Went back 3 times and still was not fixed. Installed our shift knob backwards and overtighten the handbrake of the truck. We enjoyed the sales but service really blows. End up trading in the truck elsewhere to avoid dealing with incompetency

I recently contacted Kelowna Toyota Service and requested a quote by phone to replace the timing belt and water pump on my Acura MDX . The Technician said that she would have to get back to me after looking in to it. I almost fell over when she got back to me with a $2500 price tag. Needless to say, I looked around and found a smaller licensed shop who completed the job for under $1100. .with warranty. Here's a tip: It pays to shop. Mel Garratt, Kelowna

I made an appointment to have additional keys cut for my Tundra. When I arrived they refused to work on my truck until I removed my well secured kayak - “no vehicles can enter the facility with watercraft fastened to the vehicle” This lacks reasonableness or common sense; I’d have spent 30 minutes to take the kayak off/on for the 5 minute it would have taken to cut the keys

The reason we have a requirement to remove anything from the tops of vehicles is because much of our equipment in the shop runs down from the ceiling. This includes things like our exhaust hoses, our oil lines, our air lines, our powerwasher hoses, etc. The height of these is set a little above the height of a tundra roof. Every time I phone for service or parts no one is available . Today after 5 mins, I spoke with service and then he transferred me to parts . Been on the phone 30 mins waiting? Tried to work with the chat option, not sure how long that will take . New to town, have had another car to Honda! Way better experience. Hire more people?

Brought our 2019 Prius Prime for our prepaid service and had booked an appointment 3 weeks ahead for an early morning appointment. 5 hours laters we get our car back for what should have been a 2 hour service. First was told they were like a doctors office where you wait until your turn in line comes up even though we had booked 3 weeks ahead. Next they said it was a communication error. They will only help you if you buy a car from them I do not recommend general manager is harassing my family with phone calls

We leased from Toyota Kelowna for about 28 years and it was always a pleasure. The owner at the time was compassionate and willing to help. The salesmen were also excellent. it has changed a lot since it changed hands. We were finally ready to buy a Tacoma Truck. ... There was no incentives, no help, no effort to get our business. It is all about the money now and that is too bad becasue we were always Toyota fans...now we are driving a Grand Cherokee Jeep and love it. Modern values vs old time expectations Had a tentative deal on sat. ( $2,000.00 apart )Went to finalize tuesday (2 hrs away) 1/2 hr in was phoned & told car was still available and salesman was waiting. 10 min from their door got another call. They sold the car on me. 4 hrs driving and $75.00 worth of gas wasted.. NOT Happy I thought being on the way there might at least count for something since the car was available when I was 1/2 way there. I guess nothing is as it seems until the fat lady pays up.

Love the Toyota Tacoma Bought a 2013 Tacoma 9 months ago. A month down the road after purchasing I noticed my running tail lights were out. Along with some interior ones. I’m no good with vehicles*. Had no obligations to be driving at night so i wasn’t in a hurry to have it looked at. Couple weeks goes by, I get irritated hah. booked an appointment and had a diagnosis done.
