Service Dept. is underequipped to handle volume.. I love my Toyota 4-runner. It's the third one I've owned & I'll likely buy another, however it won't be from Kelowna Toyota. I have no problem with the sales department or the vehicle - my problem is the lengthy wait times to get into their service department even for a minor safety adjustment (less than 1 hour's work). Three times a charm I had purchased a new prius from toyota kelowna. I called to book an appointment for our 4runner that i was noticing wasnt braking properly. Upon inspection it was noticed that the vehicles rotors were warped so they were replaced. I asked as to why the rotors would have warped and was told it was because of my driving habits... that i was braking too hard too fast and towing alot of weight. Worst car buying experience ever I was interested in a used 2008 Toyota Prius and dealt with Steve Enns and Cinna Fitzpatrick put a deposit down on April 30 2018 to hold the vehicle while I made finical arrangements. Steve walked into his office and came out with finical numbers with no explanation and refused to meet a reasonable price point of dropping the document fee and lower a price a little. Couldnt be bothered to help me When I purchased a new Tacoma last year the sales department couldn't be bothered to make the sale saying they didn't need to make a deal as it's a good truck and they could sell it to anyone. I purchased elsewhere. Now I continue to have minor cosmetic warranty issues and keep having to go back in. Service is terrible, there's always delays, my truck is never washed and the issues keep coming back indicating poor workmanship.
