They really get to know you I was extremely glad with my shopping experience with my shopping experience at Kelowna Toyota, they took the time to get to know me, and make sure I was put in the right vehicle for my lifestyle. They clearly love what they do, and love there product. I plan on going back in a few years if it is the same friendly staff to purchase my next vehicle.

Information and service above and beyond Have always been a Chev or Dodge truck person. When I stopped in and Chris Dufresene came out to chat, I was leaning towards Toyota. Wonderful experience I am excited to have my new to me Prius 2012, I have always hated walking on to car lots to look at cars and have the sales people seem to swoop down like vultures! (Sorry too harsh) Anyway I am a true chearleader for Kelowna Toyota and Shayna Dufresne who came out and was wonderful in every way. Friendly and Knowledgable I had a good experience with the purchase of my 2016 Rav4 SE. My wife and I went in and test drove one and after our road test all of our questions were answered including the explanation of leasing. They did not have the Color we wanted it stock but were able to get one in very quickly. Loved the car I got, the prices and the condition of the car I purchased on September 2022. I bought a Toyota Corolla SE and fell in love of with the car! The service from front desk and everyone was great BUT my experience with Maja was terrible. At the beginning all good and professional but things quickly went downhill.
