I came to Metro Lexus Toyota because I had bought my previous car there (2007 Prius) and was pleased with the service. This time I was fairly certain I was going to buy a Prius C. Ferdie was great to deal with. He was very helpful and friendly in his dealings with us. Also, has a good sense of humour. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and guided us in our decision. What a fantastic experience!!! My husband and I were researching hybrids and decided to start with Toyota. We are a retired couple, who were looking for a replacement for a 20 year old Mazda that we bought new. We had not settled on Toyota but we did like the idea of a hybrid. We looked at Mazda, Honda and Toyota. Each of them had merits but we were leaning to the Camry Hybrid. We met Dave at Metro Lexus-Toyota and discussed a variety of options including recent used cars. Received absolutely outstanding customer service. Very welcoming honest and friendly. My wife and I will be buying all of our new vehicles From Ferdi in the future.. The whole experience from walking in to driving out was nothing short of superb..

Levi and the car: The latter brought us to the dealership and Levi sold us in a confident and caring fashion. She's a natural. We were unsure about the Prius C but in the end we were very happy we chose this car and it was mainly because of Levi whom we perceived as honest and straight forward, two qualities we value highly. I will recommend her to our friends. Thanks.

This is my 3rd. car I've bought from this dealership and the second one that I've bought through Ferdie. I've found him extremely helpful throughout my dealings with him and would highly recommend both him and the dealership to any prospective car buyer. What a great experience. We have purchased two cars over the years and I have always been impressed with the level of service we have received , the sales team has always gone out of their way to make us feel like we are a part of the family we love the no pressure sales approach. We have all our servicing done at Metro Toyota the service is always quick and courteous and the coffee is amazing. We will always recommend Metro Toyota to our friends a family.
