JP does not care about customers when they walk out the door if there is a complaint. Ignoring clients is their specialty. I've had 2 negative experiences now. My first one, I was overcharged for an extra coverage. When I asked about it I was basically ignored for three weeks. On April 13th, took my jeep in for year anniversary oil change/tire rotation, and I wanted the back passenger tire pressure checked as it seemed lower than the other three. They need to fire most of their staff and re-hire. I've never experienced such dishonesty before at a place that is supposed to be reputable and trustworthy. I wasn't able to open the doors using my fob on my prius and brought my fob in to the parts department to have the batteries replaced hoping that was all that was needed. They said they put new batteries in and told me it was free of charge. Unfortunately the doors still wouldn't open which led me to make an appointment to get a new fob. I bought my Corolla from this dealer and have always had it serviced there. I haven't had any serious problems in the past, but that changed on September 23 this year. I went in for a service. I got my car back in terrible condition. It was making a noise and vibrating as soon as I drove it out of the Toyota service center. I went back after an hour, but unfortunately, it was closed. bought my used 5 year old Matrix from JP Toyota and got extended 5 year warranty due to very low mileage. I took it in twice a year for the oil change and check up then also bought winter tires with tire storage and switched them out during the twice annual service. Even fell for their, "oh, its time to have this (not needed) service done....once. I took my Tacoma in because it was showing an error about the blind spot monitor. When I first called I to book an appointment I was told it would take an hour to trouble shoot, after I dropped off the car I was then told it would take two hours to re-calibrate the system and they would call if there were any issues. Bought a new car. One of the worst and confusing purchasing experiences in my life. Right from the unhelpful apathetic sales representative, deceitful sales manager, high pressure and confusing tactics by financing, warranty and insurance . If it was not for a family member wanting the vehicle I would have nothing to do with Toyota. Misleading, upsetting, unhelpful, unpleasant, high pressure, intimidating and overall an incredibly horrible experience.

The absolutely worst experience buying a car that I have ever experienced! A completely useless audio-visual system, more useless data than you can imagine & zero help from anyone, just excuses & rationalizations! Referred to tech "expert: who when he called, long after he was supposed to, offered to give me 15minutes of his time!
