Bought a new car, horrible Audio- visual system, no GPS, has to have your own iPhone or other to even get any map data at all. The system has all kinds of completely useless data and has a manual almost as big as the manual for the car itself. Dat on how to drive & how you are driving is a part of it also - Completely unnecessary & offensive! 3 Service intervals, not a single one went as it should. 1st interval saw the car being washed when I asked specifically for it not to be. Ended spending a day taking out the swirls out fo the paint. 2nd one saw my car getting something looked at, then charged for time w/o telling me. Was told to 'go to the place that fixed it to get your money back'. Abysmal service coupled with rude and careless treatment in the service department at JP Toyota. This 7 time, new-model Toyota buyer has bought her last Toyota due to my experience today. I’ll be sure to let my friends, family and followers know too, that Toyota no longer stands by it’s products. As a business owner for many years, it’s common knowledge that a little goodwill goes a long way in retaining loyal customers. My first experience with Toyota or jp. Made an appointment two days prior. Drove in 50 km. Was told the salesman had no time. Watched him visit with other salesmen then finally returned and asked about our interest. Told us he had no stock but recommended something else. Had another sales man come deal with us who then informed us no stock there either. Could have saved a day if informed of all this at time appointment was made. Will never return

I'm not sure what they provide Not sure what they offer... Brief as I can!!!! I bought a vehicle 2 weeks later airbag light comes on booked it in, they cant fix it " you need to take it to dodge"... well i couldn't get in dodge as they was full for 2 months anyway when i did 2800 bucks they wanted and i was now out of warranty.. This time due to snow my fiberglass protector under the engine is torn a bit so I wanted it replaced... "we cant fix this take it to Chrysler" For the love of God what do you do?? Shady sales tactics The staff is friendly. Or so they seem to be. You realize their true colours when it comes time to sign the paper work and they decide that’s the best time to disclose hidden fees and inflated doc fees (triple what that said the doc fee would be). They wait until the last possible second to disclose these fees to you to put you under pressure so you sign reguardless of these ridiculous fees. JP does not honour their warranty Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer without first asking to see the inspection report. They say they perform a 150-point inspection, but they don't tell you what areas did not pass inspection. They also say they offer a short-term powertrain warranty, but when I purchased my used vehicle from them and had engine issues almost immediately, they declined to honour the warranty. I recommend taking the vehicle to an independent mechanic before committing to a purchase from this dealership.

Their time estimates for service work aren't even close! Re Service Dept.--Cust Service Rep Abraham Lee (who is training in service after transferring from sales in the hope he’ll next enter management) is excellent. That said, this was only my second trip here for service. After the first, I waited a year before returning. Both were extremely disappointing. Each time work estimated to take 2 hours took much longer. The first time it was over 4 hours, and this time it was 3.25 hours. The excuse the first time was that the jo... read more

Noisy Lazy Toyota Sienna 2017 making noise from day 7 I bought a Toyota Sienna 2017 in October. We still pay for it as it is under a leasing.
