uh oh ***LONG BUT WORTH THE READ*** I'm don't normally make a stink on social media but I'm not getting anywhere with these guys! Recently I financed a jeep for the first time from Jim Pattison Toyota in Victoria and I was hoping it'd be a good experience. Boy was I wrong! 3.5 Hour Oil Change??!! How does a simple 15-30 minute oil change turn into 2 hours, to almost 4 hours? There's only so much you can do at a coffee shop waiting. If my expectations were properly set, I would have gone home and come back instead of waiting in the waitroom. After checking in, I was advised another 30 minutes, which turned into 1.5 hrs!! If you don't have anything better to do on your day off, I'd select this dealership to do your routine oil change!

Frustrating Experience! Amidst the terrible rainy weather, my wife and I took the time to travel to Victoria to purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. My intention is to put in a deposit and just come back to pay it in full before taking delivery. But the general finance manager Rick Nieuwenhout told us that I should just take out a loan so I need not come back for the car and pay it off in 90 days. There Are No Words For How Bad They Are! When you take your car for a service, expect the unexpected. They will get you there under the "recommended service schedule of 6,000km" and then up-sell you the ACTUAL service. Your $79 service now becomes $160, because the first part of said recommended service is for a "visual inspection of your brakes, tires and air filter" and in order to include an oil change you now have to double your service price. I suggest going somewhere else.

Bad experience I had a bad experience with the dealership. Brandon Leppan was very pushy when he was selling me a used car, telling me "We can unload the big speaker in the car." "I can drive you home" "I can teach you how to drive." "We can fill gas just before we sell you.". I bought a car from through him but he didn't do anything that he promised. Also, for a couple of months, he ignored my concern about the tire pressure light which was on all the time. I can't recommend him at all.

High cost of service and long waits. I will be bringing in my 2014 Matrix for its 48000 service soon, I was quoted approx. 380.00 + tax , this seems high, and why do they change the carbon air filter even when not needed. I was told when I bought this vehicle it did not have one,

Terrible Service my trunk in my car kept breaking and finally after 4 times of failed repair (so what they called repair) My wife went to Toyota service last week to inspect the problem and were told that they will order the part to permanently fix the problem. We went this morning for our appointment expecting that they will replace the part and it turns out, the parts was not ordered and we have to re schedule. Twice the Expense and Unrequested Expensive Roadside Package We took a Matrix in for a basic oil change and prior to the work being done, asked what it would cost. The cheerful customer service representative said that we would get the final cost once the work was done. Naively, we trusted her and did not pursue the quote. Not a Values Customer I purchased a car there last year, barely driven since purchased and was looking to trade in for a new vehicle.
