Fast, efficient, and precise I had been looking for a toyota highlander for a few weeks with some specific "wants" in mind. Abe managed to find exactly the vehicle I wanted within a few hours. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule to make the deal happen.
Great experience overall We went in looking for a 2016 Prius and left 3 days later with a 2017 Prius c. We had 2 very helpful and friendly salesmen. They were Phil Chen and Lee Henwood. They answered all of our questions and both knew the Prius inside and out. Our only small complaint was waiting over an hour to deal with the financial person. Overall a great experience and would recommend.
Very very relieved! Two examples of excellent service between the dates of May 11th and 12th, 2017. My partner and I came onto the lot (first-ever visit) expecting the 'typical' blood-in-the-water-here-come-the-sharks experience, when it comes to sales lots and salesmen. Worth the wait This is the second vehicle we have purchased/leased with Abraham Lee at JP Toyota Victoria. Abraham knows us well enough that he was able to determine exactly the model and colour we wanted before we got to our appointment. Though we had to wait a couple weeks for the vehicle to arrive, the finance department was quick and the process was painless.
Toyota Prius V We recently leased a new Prius V for three years. Lee was our person and he was wonderful. Having been in the service industry most of my career, I came in with a lot of expectations.
