I had a excellent experience during my last service at Hyatt Infiniti. The service advisor Tallah Ejaz was excellent.
Excellent friendly service with very knowledgeable people, They were very helpful and accomodate my needs and I was on my way with in 20 minutes !
Hyatt Infiniti has been very helpful and Steve has been nothing but amazing to me. I had a very unfortunate experience with my car needing a new long block and turbos with the engine only having 72,000km on it! But Steve did everything in his power to make sure I got the help I need. Unfortunately my warranty will not cover the new engine and turbos so still an unfortunate situation but Steve was really great to deal with.
Hyatt Infiniti always provides a loaner, warns me of necessary and optional service items during the day, completes and cleans my vehicle, and has rehired my favorite service advisor
The customer service that I received was impeccable. The car was even wrapped in a bow.
