Pleasant experience having car serviced at Hyatt. I like the flexibility and accommodating when I’m booking as I live out of the city. Service representative Stivan was excellent.
The service was very good but at $200 plus for labour is wrong. The vehicle was there 3 hours and the total labour was$628.09..

I was greeted at the door and offered a refreshment. I had been working with Stuart Reid and in our collaboration he was really a pleasure to work with, no pressure just let us help you find a car. Since he was out of the office the day a car became available, he suggested I work with a colleague. Zain Mulji from Hyatt Sales had the vehicle ready to view when I arrived.
