I have had Infinitis for almost 15 years and one of the biggest component's for me has been service. The last few years I saw a lot of changes, so when I saw my service Steve come back I was really happy. I only get a new car every few years but my relationship with the service rep is very important to me
The service was completed as discussed with the service representative. Steve is very knowledgeable customer focused. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work.
As always the work was performed quickly and correctly. Service writers took time to explain what services were recommended and why and reviewed work performed on completion.
