When I was purchasing my car they were very accommodating and friendly. Any questions I had they gave honest feedback or any concerns they addressed it. I think they have excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone. They have an amazing team of people that keep it going in stellar speed.

Better than a Great experience, Brandon Heatherington had a wealth of information and knowledge on the QX60 and help get us into the model that was right for us. Ray was amazing with the delivery, making sure that my wife and I understood all the features of the QX60. The after sales followup has been great as well, phone calls from Brandon to make sure everything is good. Emailed info with links to a library of "How to Videos" to review on our schedule and even a pdf owners manual. We feel we are in good hands.

It's a good place and my experience here has been good. There are only 2 infinity dealers in calagry and I will say hyatt infinity is better as the other on try to push unwanted maintenance work.
Wendy provided exceptional service regarding my vehicles warranty coverage. She even pointed out scuffs and scratches that I was not aware of and took care of them without any additional cost.
