Right from the time we enterd the facility we were greeted with friendsy smiles and eager willingness to assist us. The whole process was very well done right from sales to final delivery. Final delivery presentation was unexpected but fabulous and we felt great with attention to detail along with courteous interactions. Ray did a wonderful job going through all the features with patience to explain our own stilly question. All in all we felt great driving home with our new infiniti. Many thanks to the Hyatt staff.

Steve was very presentable, friendly, professional and courteous during our interactions. He explained to me what work would be required and the costs involved. I received a call later from Steve, advising my vehicle was ready.
