Very poor, unprofessional and careless Very unpleasant service experience... It took them forever to find out what was wrong with my car, and when I finally got it back, it had different problems.. The Service rep kept ignoring my calls even though the front desk confirmed that he was at his desk available to talk! Very annoying experience.. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Outright dangerous! Beware! Ever since Heninger moved into the new service shop there is absolutely no supervision which results in the shop returning your vehicle to you in an unsafe condition. My vehicle was returned to me after being in the shop at Heninger when I discovered that there was uncompleted work that could have resulted in a fuel tank leak and fire. There was absolutley no indication from Heninger that there was a safety issue with my vehicle. AMVIC and Alberta Transportation have been contacted regarding these... read more
Trade Go somewhere else. I do not have any objection to sale person I was dealing with; only to manager. I have spent few hours for the task which can be done by manager within few minutes (estimating my trade in) and Truck manager came with a joke result (It was fool April day). Sales person was friendly.
Make sure when you puchase a new truck, that it is new!! I am 63 years old, this was my first experience purchasing a supposedly new 2014 Tundra Truck. came with many hidden scratches (painted over to deceive) still have a number of scratches on interior door panels and kick plates, I found a piece of paper that showed it was displayed at the Stampede. The service department has dirtied and scratched the truck. I want nothing to do with Henniger Toyota, not even the free oil changes. I would rather pay for my oil changes the... read more

Your truck was on display at the auto show that year. Customer service Ordered a parts and i was told to call when the part are in instead they should call the customer. The employee who took my order it seems he doesn't want to work with me, he even suggest that i can buy the parts in aftermarket. I went to buy at dealership coz want a genuine parts. Heninger drops ball on service Went to bring vehicle in for service today. Came in 30 minutes prior to service and needed to be shuttled 10 minutes from location. I waited for 50 minutes before asking about how long it would take as I had to be at work 30 minutes prior. They claim to have gotten into a car accident with their shuttle service days before and had no vehicles for shuttle even though when taking my appointment they didn't mention this at all.(they're a dealship and have access to how many vehicles?)
