My husband had "casually" started looking for a new vehicle, a few weeks ago. He met Carlos at Henninger, and instantly felt he was the man to help us. Within a few days, we had been to what felt like every other car dealership in town, test driven many models of SUV types, and STILL came back to Carlos at Henninger. Always have had great experiences at Heninger Toyota. I've purchased three new cars from them over the years. Their service department never disappoints! I have gone to dealers closer to my home for service in the past, but that was an absolute mistake. I always go back to Heninger now!
BEWARE: I recent bought a used car from Macleod Trail Toyota and the dealer did not fulfill their contract obligations, and they continued to procrastinate the issues should be fixed on day one. I will not trust nor deal with this dealership going forward. They cheated & lied and took my money without fulfilling their part of the agreement. Booked my car in for scheduled service-nothing big required just regular maintenance. Checked in at 9 am had to call at end of day was told they were behind and my car wouldn’t be ready until shop closing time. Can anyone please help new owners of this location with customer service issues. Wish Heninger was still managing.
Service centre disorganized waited for 25 mi utes to get car in even with pre-booked appt. Heninger was never THIS bad. Shuttles slow had to pay for my own uber after being told at least 2 hour wait.
I had a good experience at Heninger Toyota in the past purchasing my last vehicle so I booked a test drive of a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle at what is now Macleod Trail Toyota (MTT) for an upgrade of my wife's vehicle. The salesman did not know what Certified Pre-Owned was (a Toyota staple). He had to run around searching for the keys for the vehicle i had requested to test drive 4 days prior only to find the vehicel with a dead battery and he could not answer basic questions about the vehicle. BEWARE: This dealership breaks promises to fix major issues with cars that they have sold. Don't trust a word they say. This dealership sold me a car with only one fob and no metal keys in December. They promised to provide the extra fob and metal keys within a week. For over a month they ignored and deflected my requests for them to follow through. The Grinch Who Stole Christmas. Firstly, if there is a response from the dealership to this review, it is for show. We have received "almost" zero response, responsibility, accountability or give a flying "F" to what happened. Dealership added items I had no wish for on top of the sale price and wouldn’t remove them and instead discounted them somewhat. They then tried to rip me off on trade in initially offering me 30% less than their final offer and dragged their heels in this process hoping I would run out of options - I didn’t and walked from the deal finding the same car (arriving sooner) from an ethical dealership where their immediate trade in offer was $1 k over McLeods 5th offer.
